The Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees the AR function within the Finance organization of asmodee North America (“ANA”). They work with the Manager of Operational Accounting and the AR team to ensure payments from customers are received promptly and to manage credit risk and limits. What will your role involve Supervise the daily activities of a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists Work with the AR team to effectively manage customer accounts, minimize past‑due balances, and limit write‑offs of bad debt Ensure cash is applied to customer accounts accurately and timely Analyze, problem‑solve, and address any issues with payments from customers to resolve promptly Conduct credit checks on new customers; establish and manage credit limits Review and approve customer credit memos in accordance with the internal controls framework required by asmodee Group Internal Audit team Establish and monitor KPIs and identify ways to improve collections, overall aging reduction, and process improvements Ensure AR processes and procedures are documented and updated as appropriate Hire and onboard Accounts Receivable Specialists as needed Coach and develop AR team members, including performance management and corrective action as necessary Assist in accounting audits and special projects as directed or assigned by management Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential Communicate with all co‑workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions Other duties as assigned What do you bring Position Skills & Qualifications Strong, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills; experience communicating key data and financial themes to non‑accounting personnel Keen data analysis and problem‑solving skills Strong time management and organizational skills with proven success at meeting deadlines Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and accountability Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals across functions Comfortable working with colleagues based in other parts of the world Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business‑related field, or equivalent work experience 2–3 years of experience with customer accounts 2–3 years of experience managing people Experience working with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus We understand that the right candidate may not have all of the experience listed. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including job‑related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions, and specific work location.
