Medicinal Chemistry: Scientist I Requirements: Ph.D. in Chemistry with 3–5 years of industrial experience in Synthetic or Medicinal Chemistry. Hands‑on experience in peptide synthesis, macrocyclic peptide synthesis, and heterocyclic chemistry. Proven ability to evaluate and optimize synthetic routes for scalability and execute multi‑step syntheses independently. Proficiency in analytical techniques such as NMR, IR, UV, and MS, as well as purification methods including Flash 150 column chromatography, recrystallization, and chiral resolution. Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with 0–5 years of experience in synthetic or large‑scale (≥50 g) medicinal chemistry. Ability to assess and optimize scalability of synthetic routes, with demonstrated capability to execute complex syntheses independently. Expertise in analytical techniques (NMR, IR, UV, MS) and large‑scale purification and crystallization processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented research environment. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
