This role requires in‑office presence of 3× a week out of our Overland Park, Kansas office. Key Responsibilities Manage F&I VSC (Vehicle Service Contract) business processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting Perform reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records and resolve discrepancies Process invoice payments accurately and in a timely manner Partner with internal teams and external agencies to recover outstanding funds Process live checks and complete scanning to ensure timely and accurate deposits Prepare and post accounting entries, including debit/credit journal entries Support day‑to‑day accounting operations while adhering to established financial controls and policies Provide administrative support to local team and participate in projects, as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in a Finance/Accounting role High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in a Finance/Accounting role Knowledge of insurance agreements and loss‑sensitive programs Preferred Qualifications Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication skills and sound decision‑making ability Compensation & Benefits The proposed salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
