Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR within the rental services and heavy machinery industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who enjoys improving daily business performance, leading cross-functional teams, strengthening service and inventory processes, and driving measurable operational results.

The Operations Manager will support a customer-focused environment with collaborative teams, supportive leadership, and a strong emphasis on accountability, safety, service quality, and continuous improvement. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated leader who wants to make a visible impact across service operations, purchasing, warehouse, equipment repair, inventory control, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across service, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, and equipment repair functions to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective performance.
- Review and process repair work orders for accuracy, completeness, labor, materials, parts, equipment readiness, and release requirements.
- Support strategic and operational planning, including budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing analysis, KPI tracking, and resource allocation.
- Improve operational systems, workflows, compliance processes, and best practices to increase productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, evaluate, and motivate department teams while promoting accountability, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges, support customer needs, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $60,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
