CNC Machine Operator - Up to $20/hr DOE

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday | First Shift
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to produce quality parts while maintaining production and safety standards.
Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate CNC machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues
  • Ensure parts meet quality specifications
  • Follow all safety and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Previous CNC machining experience required
  • Ability to read blueprints and measuring instruments
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
