\n Advocate Health is recruiting for Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our Urgent Care team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.\n

Position highlights \n

• Provide essential care to patients in a setting which offers reasonable volumes and team support
\n
• Primary sites are Oconomowoc and Waukesha/Southwest Waukesha with potential for covering shifts in Mukwonago on occasion.
\n
• Group works very well together. They cover for each other for needed schedule changes. Staffing model MD + APP, + APP. Strong clinical support including RNs and MAs at each site. Excellent Patient Experience scores year/year.    
\n
• Lab, X-Ray at Waukesha, and Mukwonago; Oconomowoc X-Ray and staff perform POC testing. Clinic is less than 10 miles from Summit AMC.
\n
• Easy access to subspecialty providers as well primary care referrals for your patients within our system
\n
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
\n
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
\n

• Competitive hourly rate from $166.75 to $166.75 plus productivity incentives, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits package, CME allowance
