About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business System and Strategy to lead the development and execution of strategic plans, manage multiple strategic priorities, and drive the integration of acquisitions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to identify and challenge strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions and business units. This role is pivotal in monitoring progress against targets and driving results using a structured management system. The VP will also be responsible for leading the strategic planning process, embedding initiatives into the company's strategic deployment process, and facilitating the business system at the business unit and functional levels. Candidates for this position must have a proven track record in leading strategic planning and driving transformational initiatives that impact both the top and bottom lines. Strong analytical skills, a value-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage complex product solutions are essential. The role requires the formulation of comprehensive business cases, as well as demonstrated experience in M&A integration.
