RN - ER Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse Duration: 6 Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; ENPC, TNCC, TNS preferred Must-Have: Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment Description:Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.Evaluates outcomes and consults with other specialists and ancillary departments as required.Adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care and flow through the Emergency Room.Meets the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.Addresses the communication needs of patients and families.Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.Communicates with physicians about changes in patient\'s status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies.Demonstrates the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.Holiday coverage required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
