Job Summary We are seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional patient care. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for leading the pharmacy team, managing inventory and workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. Key Responsibilites Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide patient counseling Lead, train, and schedule pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians) Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and control of medications and supplies Monitor pharmacy performance, productivity, and quality metrics Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and store leadership Address customer concerns professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation Administer immunizations and vaccinations in compliance with state and federal regulations Requirements Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Current CPR certification Weekly pay with direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances 401(k) with company matching Opportunities for advancement Paid holiday, vacation, and sick leave (FT only) Paid bereavement and jury duty leave (FT only) Company paid life insurance (FT only) Scholarship program for High School Seniors All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Milkco Inc.
