Job Summary:

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team in Lake Norman, Cornelius, Huntersville, and surrounding areas. As a PCA, you will make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. $16-$17 HOURLY with flexible full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and next-day pay.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and emotional support. You will also assist clients with transportation and medication reminders, helping them maintain independence at home.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Assist with transportation and medication reminders

• Help clients maintain independence at home
  

Requirements:

• PCA or caregiving experience preferred, but not required

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation and auto insurance

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Dependable, compassionate, and caring
