Home-Based Early Childhood Teacher (Head Start)

Sylvania seeks a Home-Based Teacher to plan and implement developmentally appropriate home visitation for Head Start families in Michigan. Visits occur weekly, 90 minutes, in enrolled families' homes, with collaboration across Health, Family Engagement, Disabilities, and Behavioral Health teams.
The role emphasizes literacy, language, math, science, and social skills through Parents as Teachers curricula, maintaining confidentiality, and documenting progress using Child Plus.
