Work Mode: Hybrid onsite every Monday and additional days as required; may transition to fully onsite

Job Description

The Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer 4 to support Salesforce development, configuration, enhancements, release management, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow .

• Configure Salesforce features including Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings .

• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Identify opportunities to leverage unused or underutilized Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Support Salesforce platform roadmap and prioritization.

• Perform Salesforce system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer .

• Manage Salesforce DevOps and release management activities.

• Assist with solution design, development, testing, and implementation.

• Create test cases and test scripts for unit testing.

• Provide production support and troubleshoot Salesforce application issues.

• Lead technical discussions and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

• Guide and mentor junior developers.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of programming experience

• Strong Salesforce Development experience

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components

• Strong Apex Coding and Salesforce Flow experience

• Experience with Salesforce configuration:

  • Flow

  • Fields

  • Page Layouts

  • Record Types

  • Custom Settings

• DevOps / Release Management experience

• Experience with application development, testing, and production support

Preferred Skills

• 4-year degree

• Salesforce Administration experience
