Talent Acquisition & Executive Search Intern

JobFormance Executive Search is seeking driven, high-potential students interested in business, human resources, recruiting, sales, marketing, psychology, or organizational leadership. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in executive search, talent acquisition, market research, and recruiting operations.

Unlike many internships that focus on administrative work, our interns become active contributors to real search projects while receiving coaching, mentorship, and professional development from experienced recruiting professionals.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition & Executive Search Intern, you may:

• Research companies, industries, and talent markets for active search assignments
• Identify prospective candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Support candidate pipeline development and talent mapping projects
• Assist with recruiting workflow management and process documentation
• Interview candidates and assess their talents, abilities, and fit for client requirements
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and performance trends
• Participate in recruiting strategy discussions
• Help improve operational processes and recruiting efficiencies
• Build market intelligence reports for clients and internal teams
• Support business development and employer branding initiatives

Program Structure

Semester Internship

Approximately 3 months, designed around academic schedules and extracurricular activities

Summer Internship

Approximately 3 months, part-time or full-time opportunities available

Compensation

$15.00 per hour + placement bonus potential, college credit opportunities available through participating schools, where applicable
