We are The Kades Corporation, one of the largest McDonald's Franchises in the United States. We currently own and operate McDonald's 38 restaurants in Houston and Beaumont located in Texas, and have been in business since 1982. We are currently looking for hourly team members to join us in our mission to be our customers favorite place to eat and drink. If you are looking for a career in a clean and fast paced environment serving hundreds of people every day we want you!
Pay Range:
- $9 up to $14
Requirements:
So what does a member of our Crew Team get to do??
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest. For job openings on your schedule - part time or full time - give us a try. You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
