Applying current physical therapy concepts with your service orientation, you will support the health and healing of physical therapy patients.ResponsibilitiesPerform well in stress and emergency situationsPerform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directedPerform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurateCommunicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patientsRequirementsAssociate's Degree in the role of Physical Therapy AssistantLicensed in the state of Washington as a Physical Therapy AssistantHealth Care Provider level CPR certificationMinimum one (1) year adult and geriatric experienceHome Health or Hospice experience preferredAbout Yakima Memorial HospitalMultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $29.28 - $42.14 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
