Senior Tax ManagerA respected CPA firm in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its team. This role is also open in Russellville, Conway, Fort Smith, Jonesboro and Rogers, AR, and Scottsdale and Surprise, AZ. Work arrangement: In office (hybrid and remote options after 1+ years).OverviewThe Senior Tax Manager will review complex federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals. They will research tax issues and assist with tax planning. The role involves communicating with clients and responding to tax inquiries, supervising and developing staff and seniors, managing engagement timelines and deliverables, and supporting practice leadership, client relationships, and business development.QualificationsRelevant public accounting experience at the senior tax manager level. CPA required. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
