Truck Gate Security Officer

Truck Gate Security Officer Wage: $19.00 per hour. Full‑time overnight schedule (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Qualifications More than 2 years of security experience and/or previous law enforcement, corrections, or military experience. Must be able to work a full-time overnight schedule (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Must be able to work outdoors and stand for long periods of time. Must be comfortable with computers and technology. Must have good communication and report‑writing skills. Must have excellent customer service skills. Security positions require passing a drug screen and background check. Must meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards. Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is not required; training will be provided. Responsibilities Check in truck trailers and monitor all entrance and exit activity. Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing security and safety for client property and personnel. Frequently sit, stand, walk, and may climb stairs or walk on uneven terrain for long periods. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
