The Role

• Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
• Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
• Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
• Help create Raving Fans!
• Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals

Who This Is For

• You've personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
• You're confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
• You're frustrated by:
  • weak leads
  • slow internal processes
  • capped commissions

Schedule

• 1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week
• Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day)
• 2 Saturdays/month minimum
• Limited evening appointments
