Chief Operating Officer — Healthcare Ops Leader & Growth

Dupont Hospital in Indiana is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee non-nursing departments and execute strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, patient throughput, and financial sustainability. The role collaborates with hospital executives to align service lines with community needs and manage capital planning.

The COO will help develop future leaders through the CEO Development Program, with relocation required for promotion opportunities as needed.
