Direct Support Pro II: Independence Coach (Weekends)

Momentum is hiring a Direct Support Professional II (DSP II) in Stanton and Irvine. You will support adults with disabilities by implementing Individual Service Plans to promote independence and provide a safe home environment. Essential responsibilities include individualized coaching, assisting with daily tasks, and providing education on community resources. Qualifications include an 18+ age, a high school diploma, and a minimum of one year experience working with people with disabilities.
