Bellin Health is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join our well-established, patient-centered practices across multiple Northeast Wisconsin locations. These clinics offer robust support staff and integrated services , allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining excellent work-life balance.

Each location features in-house lab, X-ray, physical therapy, behavioral health, and dietitian services , with specialty care readily accessible.

• Established patient panels with strong community presence
• Team-Based Care model nationally recognized for improving efficiency and provider satisfaction
• Highly collaborative environment with experienced clinical and support teams
• 94% provider retention rate driven by workflow redesign and reduced administrative burden

• Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Minimum 32 patient-facing hours
  • Minimum 4 clinic days/week
• Call: Large call group, phone-only (approx. 1:30+)
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No scheduled weekends or holidays (except call coverage)

Guaranteed + Incentives:

• 2-year compensation guarantee
• Additional production, quality, and value-based bonuses

Time Off:

• 200 hours/year PTO during guarantee period
• 264 hours/year PTO post-guarantee

CME:

• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• 80 hours CME time off

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine
• Completion of ACGME or AOA-accredited residency
• Eligible for unrestricted Wisconsin medical license
• Meets Bellin Medical Staff requirements
