Program Manager

Deputy Program ManagerTatitlek Federal Services LLC provides support services to NASA at the headquarters building in Washington DC. This effort covers multiple functional areas, with primary focuses on facilities and administration. The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for the daily coordination and direct supervision of section supervisors, administrative reports and deliverables, and supports the Program Manager as needed. This position is fully on-site, remote or hybrid work is not authorized.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises the daily work being completed in each of the PWS areasResponsible for managing and providing support to the section supervisorsMonitors Quality Control by ensuring personnel have all the resources to do their jobs properly and meet all PWS requirementMonitors open work tickets and inspects daily operations for regulatory and procedural complianceEnsures professional and effective task execution and supervises scheduling and employee assignmentsMonitors and tracks personnel training, ensuring all have up-to-date licenses and certificationsAssists with new employee onboarding, site orientation, and ID/Badge issuanceCreates and maintains schedules and resource management of executive driversSupports and assists the Program Manager as neededNON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Education: Associate's degree in business or related field; may substitute education for extensive experienceMinimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory duties with at least three (3) years in one of the following functional areas: Facilities, Property Management, Logistics, and/or Administrative Support.Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight, prioritizing tasks as neededMust obtain and maintain a NASA clearance, equivalent to a Public TrustMust possess a valid drivers license with no major reportable incidents on recordExperience working in the NASA environment preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
