We are looking for an exceptionally polished, charismatic, and intuitive professional who excels at building rapport, remembers faces and names effortlessly, and can maintain composure under pressure in a high-profile environment. Key Responsibilities First Impressions: Warmly greet members and their guests by name, providing an elegant and welcoming arrival experience. Reservation Management: Oversee the seating book and floor flow with precision using systems like OpenTable or Resy, balancing member preferences with optimal dining room pacing. Discretion & Privacy: Strictly enforce house rules. Collaboration: Seamlessly communicate with the managers and service team regarding VIP arrivals, special requests, and table statuses. What We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hosting experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private member club . Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with premium hospitality reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy). Poise & Style: Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills that align with a luxury brand standard.
