Vice President of Preconstruction & EstimatingWe're partnering with a well-established, employee-owned heavy civil contractor in the Phoenix area that's entering its next phase of growth.This isn't a traditional estimating leadership position.We're looking for a senior construction executive who can build and lead a centralized preconstruction organization while driving financial performance across multiple business units. This role will have executive-level visibility, report directly to the COO, and play a major role in improving profitability across the organization.
