Data Center Cost Manager & Quantity Surveyor (On-Site)
Turner Corporation
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale data center construction program in Ohio. The role is site-based with regular on-site presence at the project site in Miami County, approximately 80 minutes from Columbus.
The candidate will lead estimating, cost reporting, risk management and change control across multiple phases, coordinating with clients, vendors and project teams.
