Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Lead weekly updates and guide clients through selections.
- Schedule Management: Build and maintain project timelines.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Hire, schedule, and inspect trade partner work.
- Budget Control: Track project costs and approve vendor invoices.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure job sites are clean and safe.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: experience in residential construction management preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
