A large, well-respected Rochester law firm is looking for a full-time Billing Specialist to join their friendly and dedicated team! If you enjoy working with numbers, communicating with clients and attorneys, and want to be part of a supportive environment where your work truly matters - we`d love to meet you. What You`ll Do: Ensure billing is accurate and completed on time Respond to attorney and client billing questions quickly and professionally Track Work in Process (WIP) and follow up to ensure complete billing Maintain and update client information in our billing system Review unapplied payments and retainers and apply them to accounts Pitch in on special projects as required Why You`ll Love Working There: Immediate, generous hybrid schedule - flexibility from day one!
