Client Service Advocate

Supporting the Supplemental Health Account Executive Team, the full-time Client Service Advocate will manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Assist Account Executives with client and broker inquiries, determining the complexity and directing issues to appropriate teams Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners, providing timely updates on inquiries and resolutions Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare educational materials on benefits and services for clients Required qualifications BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in a client/customer service insurance environment Preferred working knowledge of insurance products such as Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Care Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with internal business partners Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Internet Explorer Virtual Vocations Inc
