Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Services in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at government facilities by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned government buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and report irregularities, hazards, or maintenance concerns to site leadership. Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, maintaining professional communication with staff, visitors, and responding agencies. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
