TA Ops Lead - AI Recruiting & Analytics (Remote)
CAI
CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to act as the operational and performance engine behind our global TA function. The role delivers transparent reporting, runs the systems and vendor infrastructure, and drives AI-enabled recruiting technology adoption across the team.
This full-time, remote position requires 5+ years in TA operations or recruiting analytics, hands-on Workday administration, and a proven ability to turn data into actionable leadership insights.
