Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist

PT Location: Green Valley, AZ Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Green Valley, AZ. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Obtain permanent state license; compact license may be used to start but permanent license must be obtained immediately
• Must hold a permanent South Carolina license if working in SC; compact license is not accepted for SC placements
• Candidates who have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible for placement and must be redirected
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
• Ensure start date aligns with current license status at time of submission
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
• Possess active licensure in the required modality
• Have demonstrated experience in the required setting
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first-day orientation
• Utilize parking resources as directed during first-day orientation
• Operate on a weekly billing cycle
