You may also bring on staff to help with general administrative duties and improve sales performance. Qualifications Motivated attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills in a sales environment. No prior insurance background required; some sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful. Ability to meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies. No capital or assets needed to begin; no agency loan or loan requirement.
