Job Description
The Fuji SMT Programmer / Technician plays a crucial role in the setup and programming of SMT equipment, ensuring high-quality production through precise machine calibration and thorough inspection. Working within a small to medium-sized team, this position requires a keen eye for detail and strong technical communication skills to support efficient and effective manufacturing processes. Advancement opportunities include progression to Senior Technician roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SMT programming for production machines
- Perform machine setups to prepare SMT equipment for runs
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain production standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve SMT machine issues promptly
- Provide technical support and guidance within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fuji Machines, SMT programming and Surface Mount Technology
- Knowledge of Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems
- Proficiency in SMT machine setup procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective technical communication skills
