What Your Days Will Look Like:

• Residential electrical work and light commercial projects across Northeast Ohio.
• Reading blueprints, diagrams, and electrical plans
• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems (120/240V and 277/480V)
• Delivering work that meets NEC and local codes
• Talking with customers like a pro (they'll love you, we promise)
• Keep your company van clean, organized, and stocked

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience (commercial a plus)
• Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working solo AND playing well with a team
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A good attitude and the drive to keep learning
