Veraccura is looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Clerk to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring that employee records are accurate, payroll data is processed efficiently, and administrative tasks are handled smoothly.

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and explaining company policies.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and employee development programs.
• Assist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee attendance and leave records.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, reports, and documentation as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Human Resources is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Clerk or similar administrative role in human resources.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
