HVAC Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about HVAC products and services, processing orders, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with general office tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding HVAC services, products, and billing.

+ Schedule appointments for HVAC technicians for installation, repairs, and maintenance services. Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to customers.

+ Maintain accurate customer records, including service history, product details, and any communications. Process and file documentation as needed.

+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Escalate when necessary.

+ Assist with general office duties as filing, managing customer databases, and coordinating with other departments (technicians, sales team, etc.)

Minimum 3-5 years customer service. (HVAC experience a plus).

Strong communication, interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.

Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and Data Entry.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Full-time position with regular office hours.

In-office position with possible interaction with customers in person and over the phone.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
