Clinical Applications Specialist- Cardiovascular Ultrasound

GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist for cardiovascular ultrasound in the Chicago area. The role involves delivering clinical expertise, training support, and technical leadership to customers and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle, with extensive travel required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert and technical liaison to strengthen sales team capabilities and customer relationships
- Coordinate and execute objective-based system training, monitor outcomes, and report results
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize protocols and support clinical education
- Demonstrate full range of ultrasound products including capabilities and benefits to customers
- Identify customer satisfaction issues, assist with escalations, and communicate market intelligence to business teams
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent plus 3+ years ultrasound technical/clinical experience
- RDCS certification or CCI registry in Echocardiography
- Demonstrated experience with cardiac ultrasound systems
- Deep understanding of clinical education training and implementation processes
- Ability to deliver complex information and adapt messaging for different audiences
- Willingness to travel 75%+ (4-5 days/week including 2-3 overnights and weekends)
Compensation: $92,000.00-$138,000.00 annual base, plus performance-based incentive compensation
