This role reports to the Controller and offers strong exposure to leadership, financial reporting, and strategic analysis across a diverse investment portfolio. Responsibilities Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (US GAAP) Analyze financial and operating data to support business decisions Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures Support the annual audit process, including preparation of schedules and audit requests Assist leadership with financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred) 2–4 years of experience in public accounting, audit, or similar accounting role Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data analysis) Experience with data visualization tools is a plus CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to take initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What This Role Offers Direct exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to transition into a private investment environment Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential Entrepreneurial and collaborative culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Bracane Company
