Senior Coupa Functional Consultant / Coupa Solution Lead

Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay or enterprise procurement transformation programs. Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end Coupa deployments, rollouts and enhancements, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare. Strong functional knowledge of Coupa modules such as Procurement, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Supplier Portal, Contracts, Invoicing and supplier enablement. Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise financial/procurement platforms. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, approvals, supplier onboarding, catalog/non-catalog buying, invoice processing and payment status flows. Ability to independently lead customer workshops, capture business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions and recommend Coupa best practices. Experience preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, UAT scripts, cutover plans and deployment readiness materials. Ability to work with integration teams on interface design, data mapping, API/middleware coordination, error handling, reconciliation and end-to-end validation. Client-facing experience with strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders, business users, IT teams and vendors.
