Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities In this position, you will provide assistance in the various phases of planning and development, including support with project design and coordination with architects and consultants on entitlements, plan check and permit issuance, and seeking out potential real estate investments to determine feasibility as well as due diligence. In addition, you will assist with and prepare financial and narrative reports, grant applications, bid documents, Request for Proposals, and operational procedures and guidelines. This opportunity also involves implementation of the Supplier Diversity program initiatives with an emphasis on small business, minority‑owned, and women‑owned enterprises, as well as conducting site visits. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or certificate of equivalent (GED) and two years of experience in real estate development, finance, grant writing, budget management, financial analysis, commercial lending, urban planning, municipal engineering, construction, or general administrative experience.
