Body Shop Technician

Responsibilities
- Must have proven experience as a Body Shop Technician.
- Perform collision repairs including metal straightening, panel replacement, and frame alignment.
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine appropriate repair procedures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding repair status and vehicle condition.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a Body Shop Technician.
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and technical documents.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to operate company vehicles if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
