Fast growing Developer/Landlord, located in midtown Manhattan, with 500+ employees and dozens of commercial properties, some ground floor retail, and mixed-use properties, is seeking a General Counsel for their in-house legal department. The right individual has 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, including leasing, sales/acquisitions, and some finance.Solid managerial experience is a plus!This is a career position involving all aspects of in-house work, including legal, compliance and business decisions.
