- High School Diploma
- Prior experience with warehousing/custodial/maintenance
- Ability to work effectively with people
- Strong collaborative leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
- Certification for Asbestos, Waste management, etc. or the ability to obtain
- Pesticide License or willingness to obtain
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Preferences:
- Prior technical experience/electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.
- Experience with inventory & staff scheduling
- General understanding of school finance and budgeting
- Associates/Bachelors Degree
