Manufacturing Team Leader – Paint & Blast (INTERNAL JOB POSTING) Reports To: Supervisor Classification: Non-Exempt (Working Lead) Summary R-Tech is seeking internal candidates for a Manufacturing Team Leader role in Paint & Blast. This role provides hands‑on leadership within finishing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are met. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily Paint & Blast workflow and priorities Monitor paint quality, surface preparation, and rework Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed Support training and development of Paint & Blast team members Communicate production or quality concerns to the Supervisor Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required Technical training or demonstrated experience in industrial paint and/or blast operations preferred Combination of education and experience will be considered Minimum Qualifications Current R-Tech employee in good standing Demonstrated reliability and acceptable attendance Experience in Paint and/or Blast operations Ability to communicate expectations clearly and professionally Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of paint quality, surface preparation, and finishing standards Experience mentoring or training other employees Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision Additional Expectations Maintain accountability and professionalism on the shop floor May be required to support day or night shift coverage as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
