Your day‑to‑day may include: Running individualized programs designed by a supervising BCBA Building positive relationships with clients and families Taking session data and completing notes Helping create meaningful progress through consistency, patience, and encouragement Traveling locally to client homes or designated service locations This is rewarding work where the small wins truly matter.
