Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of acute care case management experience
Utilization management experience is required
Active California RN License
CERTIFICATIONS: Basic Life Support (BLS)
FLU VACCINE (no exemptions) required, as flu season starts in September
EPIC experience is highly preferred

Job Details:

Weekend Requirement: No
Floating Requirement: No
On-Call Requirement: No
Pending License: No, must be active at the time of submission
No scheduling requests can be accommodated

Shift Information:

Day shift with 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 - 17:00)
