Radiology - CT Tech

CT Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day 4x10-Hour Shift (08:00 - 18:00)

The CT Technologist will work in a moderately busy, full-service Imaging department primarily handling outpatient and emergency room traffic. The role includes performing a variety of imaging procedures and supporting OR cases such as pacemakers and orthopedic procedures, with approximately 80 exams conducted daily across the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans including abdomen, chest, pelvis, brain perfusion, and more.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Handle CT arthrography, biopsies, aspirations, and drainage procedures.
• Utilize PACS for imaging and patient data management.
• Provide professional care in adult acute care and outpatient settings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT-CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Fluoroscopy permit may be required based on state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging.
• Experience with community hospital settings preferred.
