Job Description
The Monitor oversees activity and safety across healthcare, residential, or community facility settings. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, this role focuses on vigilant observation, incident detection, and timely emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Monitor activities throughout the assigned facility.
- Detect and report incidents promptly.
- Respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain continuous observation of facility activity and safety conditions.
- Escalate concerns and incidents to the Security Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in monitoring and safety operations.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Strong observation skills.
FBI/BCI Back ground checks. Mental illness certification, & Personal care. Also Medication administration Assistant.
