1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).

3. Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA Deliver high‑quality clinical oversight for in‑home ABA services via telehealth. Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field. Develop and implement assent‑based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles. Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency.
