Telesales Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative

Job Summary The Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (PVAR) works with assigned customers in coordination with the Field Sales Vaccine Pharmacy Account Executives (VPAE). Strong knowledge of the vaccine market, sound business judgment, account management skills, and exemplary sales skills are required. The role includes ordering, fulfillment, and returns processes. Responsibilities Disseminate approved product messages. Capitalize on opportunities to sell. Provide support around vaccine ordering and account management. Spend approximately 50% of time on phone/Teams proactively contacting customers and 50% time in face‑to‑face engagements with pharmacy managers, pharmacists, and other vaccine customers. Provide superior account management services in coordination with VPAEs and demonstrate critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience including: Professional sales experience. Experience in the healthcare/scientific field (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices). Military experience. 1–2 years sales or customer service experience required. Superior written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel 50% and hold a valid driver’s license. Benefits Competitive compensation package. Health benefits: medical, dental, vision.
